The Art of Life
Photobucket I'm so glad you're here! "The Art of Life" is where I share my journey as an artist & Momma. It's a place where I hope to encourage other women that they are artists too. In this small little space I seek to share, document, and be reminded of God's wonderful grace, all around us. ....And I would be so happy to have you journey alongside me! So grab a cup of coffee and linger for a while. I hope you leave feeling refreshed. Photobucket

Life

~~I just wanted to pop in, say "Hello" and share a little inspiration for your weekend.
I came across the Holstee Manifesto when I was browsing online and instantly loved it.
You can go to their website here where they have a link to the printable version.
~~I've been spending more time painting and dreaming up some big goals and plans. This month will mark my 30th birthday and something about starting a new decade has me feeling a push to be braver and to dream bigger than I ever have before.
~~Mandy wrote recently about how situations in life can cause us to re-evaluate and how that can honestly be a good thing.
I shared my own story of burn-out not too long ago and so I related very much to Mandy's post.
Honestly I feel as though I'm still in the stage of "building a new shelf."
And sometimes I get so frustrated at the gap between where I am and where I want to be.
But truly, in a strange way, I am thankful for these "growing pains."
They are proof that God is still working on me.
Life is Short.
So go out and start creating!

So true, so true! Perhaps God is rallying up all His people to be more creative and compassionate to demonstrate the true power of Christ in this world. I hope so, I feel it coming...;0)
