The Art of Life
Photobucket I'm so glad you're here! "The Art of Life" is where I share my journey as an artist & Momma. It's a place where I hope to encourage other women that they are artists too. In this small little space I seek to share, document, and be reminded of God's wonderful grace, all around us. ....And I would be so happy to have you journey alongside me! So grab a cup of coffee and linger for a while. I hope you leave feeling refreshed. Photobucket

Grandma Morgan

~~Today is the funeral for Dustin's sweet Grandma. She had the greatest smile!
She always loved for us to come and visit.
~~2008 has seen two of our Grandmas into heaven. Although we know they're happier there, it's still so hard to let them go. Dustin has been sharing some of his favorite memories of Grandma Morgan from when he was just a little boy. She was truly a wonderful lady. I forgot to mention that she had 9 children....that alone deserves a Super-woman award!
So today, if you would, please keep my Hubby and his family in your thoughts & prayers.

~~I wonder if Grandma Morgan and my Nana have had a chance to visit?

Sending hugs and prayers to Dustin and his family. It's so hard losing family. I lost both of my grandmothers in the past year. You're right though... they are definitely in a much happier place now!

Sorry to hear about another grandmother passing. :( I am glad your little ones got to know her, though. I never knew my dad's mom as she died before I was born.

Sincere condolences to you all. But what a joy to live a long, full life and get to be a great-grandma! My grandparents all died before I was even married. And her smile caught me right away, too. She must have been a wonderful loving lady!
