The Art of Life
Photobucket I'm so glad you're here! "The Art of Life" is where I share my journey as an artist & Momma. It's a place where I hope to encourage other women that they are artists too. In this small little space I seek to share, document, and be reminded of God's wonderful grace, all around us. ....And I would be so happy to have you journey alongside me! So grab a cup of coffee and linger for a while. I hope you leave feeling refreshed. Photobucket

Fresh new year

~~The first day of a New Year. How exciting! We stayed in last night and had a quiet little family celebration. Savannah only made it to 9:00 (an hour past her bedtime!) We ate snacks and had sparkling grape juice in pretty glasses. Sierra felt so special and grown up! She giggled and told us "I'll see you next year!" and then went to bed at 10:30. She said she was just too tired to stay up any longer.
~~I've really enjoyed reading everyone's goals and plans for the new year. I haven't had a lot of time to sit and think about it yet, but that's something that I definitely want to do. I feel that it's especially important for me to make some concrete art goals; maybe find some contests or shows to enter so that I will have deadlines. I'm excited about a new, fresh year and can't wait to see what's in store.
~~I also wanted to thank all of you who stop by my blog. I've been blogging for about 9 months now and I've truly enjoyed the journey. It's been a wonderful way to meet people and make new friends.
~~Happy 2008! Make it a great one!

I enjoy hearing about what you are doing.

Keep up the good work.

Aaww, that's cute that Sierra decided to head on to bed herself. And I always loved drinking sparkling grape juice on New Years Eve. :) hehe

So glad you're still blogging... I will try to comment more!
