The Art of Life
Photobucket I'm so glad you're here! "The Art of Life" is where I share my journey as an artist & Momma. It's a place where I hope to encourage other women that they are artists too. In this small little space I seek to share, document, and be reminded of God's wonderful grace, all around us. ....And I would be so happy to have you journey alongside me! So grab a cup of coffee and linger for a while. I hope you leave feeling refreshed. Photobucket

Catching my Breath!

~~Whew! I made it! All my deadlines were met and now I feel like I'm catching my breath.
The weekend turned out to be quite busy!
~~I was able to get my pieces framed and dropped off in time. I meant to get a picture of them framed and finished, but I forgot in all the rush. I was so happy to walk in and drop them off at the Art's Building.
~~Sunday was Dustin's birthday so we spent Saturday evening celebrating with his family and Sunday evening with mine. The girls really thought that he should have had his party at Incredible Pizza, complete with balloons and games, lol. But they were pretty happy with his icecream cake.
~~Today I plan to do some catching up: straightening the house, laundry, all that fun stuff. hotels in norfolk
But I'm very anxious to jump right into another piece. I need to keep up my momentum.
~~Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!
:)
***Oh! I forgot to add: We are so thankful! Dustin's x-rays didn't show a fracture. The doctor thinks it's possibly a bruised bone. He will have to take it easy for 2 weeks and then ease back into training. That's much better than we expected. He's already doing much better than he was a week ago. Thanks to everyone who was thinking about him.***
